Greetings to all, and welcome to our sixth edition of NonSuch News.
We're happy to announce that construction is progressing very well. We currently have sub-contractors working on 10 buildings and within the next month we will have crews working on all 15 apartment buildings. We are therefore very confident that construction of your homes will be completed according to the timeline I sent you at the beginning of March. Based on the supply of material we occasionally must alter the work planning, but we are very much on schedule. In our site update, you will find information and photos of our progress to date.
Additionally, we are doing all in our power to speed up the registration of your apartment by the land registry. We we’re informed last week by the land registry that they have completed all steps in the registry process and that they only have to finalize the paperwork.
