Site Update June 30, 2008 

General 

Storm drainage installation complete;
Final grade of the landscaping continues with the spreading of top soil and planting of grass; 
 
Infrastructure 

• High voltage and Low voltage wiring has commenced allowing the C-type and B-type apartments to be connected to the site power grid.
• Final installation of components for the sewage farm has commenced;
• The installation of the generator to be undertaken with the installation of the High voltage circuit has commenced;
• Construction of the roads behind C-type apartments and access to Club House and the spur to the B-type apartments has commenced;  
  

C-Type Apartments 

Block 11 

• Final interior painting and installation of door and window hardware complete;
• Installation of WC’s, baths, showers, doors, vanities, hot water heaters and kitchens commenced;

Block 6 

• Final installation of WC’s, baths, showers, doors, vanities, hot water heaters and kitchens;

Block 1 

• Final installation of WC’s, baths, showers, doors, vanities, hot water heaters and kitchens in apartments 102 and 103; 
  

B-Type Apartments 

Block 2 and 3 

• Tiling in level 1 and level 2 bathrooms 90% completed
• Level 1 doors installed
• All outlets, switches and fan controls installed

Block 7, 8, 15 and 16 

• Level 2 tiling complete
• Level 1 tiling well advanced
• All switches, outlets, fan controls installed
• Door installation level 1 commenced

A-Type Apartments 

Block 4 

• Level 1 and 2 floors installed 90%
• Level 3 plastering at 60%
• Internal wiring level 1 and level 2 complete

Block 5 

• Flooring in level 2 complete
• Electrical wiring level 1, 2 and 3 compete

Block 9 

• Flooring installed on level 1 and level 2
• Electrical wiring installed in level 1, 2 and 3

Block 10 

• Flooring in level 1 and 2 complete
• Internal wiring level 1, 2 and 3 complete

Block 17 

• Internal wiring level 2 complete
• Plastering level 3 commenced
• Air conditioning installation in all units continues
